Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pinovio's services and website. Pinovio is operated by Michael Pina as a sole proprietorship. By signing up for a service or using this site, you agree to these terms.
What Pinovio provides
Pinovio offers the following services to small and medium businesses:
- Missed-call text-back — automated SMS follow-up when calls go unanswered
- AI website chatbot — a custom AI assistant embedded on your website
- Web design — custom website design and development
- Bundle — web design and AI chatbot together at a combined rate
Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change. We'll give active clients reasonable notice of any meaningful changes.
Billing and payment
Monthly services (missed-call text-back, AI chatbot) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis.
- Your first month is free. Billing begins on day 31 for missed-call text-back, or when your chatbot goes live (whichever applies).
- There's no minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime — no early termination fees.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months, but we'll work with you if something comes up.
- Web design and bundle projects are invoiced separately and require a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due before handoff.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store card details.
Your responsibilities
To use our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when signing up or onboarding
- Ensure any phone number, website, or business content you provide is yours to use
- Not use Pinovio services to send spam, harass people, or violate applicable laws
- Maintain any call forwarding settings required for the missed-call text-back service
Setup and delivery
We aim to have missed-call text-back and AI chatbot services live within 24–48 hours of signup. Web design timelines are discussed and agreed on before work begins.
Setup depends on information you provide. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are outside our control.
What we don't guarantee
We build reliable systems and stand behind our work, but a few things sit outside our control:
- Uptime of third-party platforms (Twilio, Cloudflare, Stripe, Vercel). Outages on those platforms may temporarily affect your service.
- Specific business outcomes — we can't guarantee a set number of leads, replies, or conversions.
- The AI chatbot's responses are generated by a language model and may occasionally be imprecise. We configure it carefully, but it isn't a substitute for human judgment on complex decisions.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing hello@pinovio.com. We'll confirm your cancellation and let you know when your service ends.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend service if a client violates these terms, fails to pay after a reasonable grace period, or uses our services in a way that's harmful to others.
Intellectual property
Websites and other deliverables we build for you become yours once final payment is received. The underlying tools, templates, and proprietary systems we use to build them remain ours.
Limitation of liability
Pinovio's liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue or missed leads), even if we were aware of the possibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll email active clients. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
