It needs a site that allows custom code
Works out of the box on WordPress, Shopify, custom sites, and paid Wix or Squarespace plans. Free Wix and Squarespace plans block the install, and there's no way around that from our side. If you're not sure which you're on, ask us before you sign up rather than after.
How it goes: sign up and add your card — you're not charged yet → we build and train it on your business → you review it → live within 1–2 business days — and you're never charged before it's live. Minor tweaks always included; a major retrain is quoted separately.
Questions people actually ask
What stops it making something up?
It only works from what we train it on, and when it hits something outside that it says so and hands the person to you. A chatbot that invents a price is worse than no chatbot, so it's built to admit the gap.
Can I update what it knows?
Yes. Prices change, services change. Minor tweaks are included for as long as you're subscribed — send them over and we make the change.
Will it match my site?
It takes your brand colour and sits where you want it. It should look like part of the site, not a bolted-on widget.
