Pinovio is operated by Michael Pina as a sole proprietorship. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We've kept it short and written it in plain language instead of burying it in legalese.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you:
- Fill out a contact or inquiry form (name, email, message)
- Sign up for service updates (email address)
- Start onboarding for a service (business name, contact name, phone number, business details)
- Complete a payment through Stripe (billing name, card details — handled by Stripe, not stored by us)
- Book a call through Calendly (name, email, any details you add)
We don't run tracking pixels, build ad profiles, or collect data we don't need.
How we use it
The information you share is used to:
- Set up and deliver the service you signed up for
- Send you service-related emails (onboarding steps, go-live confirmations, billing receipts)
- Respond to questions you send through our contact form
- Send occasional updates if you joined our updates list — you can unsubscribe anytime by emailing us
We don't sell your information or hand it to advertisers, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's listed above.
Third-party services we use
Running Pinovio requires a few tools that touch your data. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Stripe — processes card payments. Stripe handles all payment data securely. We never see or store full card numbers. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Formspree — receives and forwards form submissions (contact, onboarding, updates signup) to our inbox. Formspree Privacy Policy
- Calendly — manages booking for calls. When you book, Calendly collects your name and email. Calendly Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare Workers — powers the AI chatbot for clients. Conversations go through Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
- Twilio — sends automated text messages for the missed-call text-back service. Twilio Privacy Policy
- Vercel — hosts this website. Vercel may log standard server data (IP address, browser type) for security and performance. Vercel Privacy Policy
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as we're actively working together. If you cancel a service and request deletion, we'll remove your records from our systems within 30 days. Stripe and Formspree retain data per their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information (subject to legal and billing record requirements)
- Stop sending you updates

Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Third-party tools embedded in the site (Calendly, Stripe) may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also email active clients.
