So you know exactly what you're getting into: you're not charged when you sign up. You get a 7-day free trial — it's there to cover building and launching your bot, so you're only ever charged for a chatbot that's actually live. We build and launch it (usually within 1–2 business days), and billing begins when the 7-day trial ends. Minor tweaks are always included; a full retrain or major scope change is quoted separately. Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal — you keep the bot through the period you've already paid for.
